Huduma Kenya is proud to participate in the United Nations Climate Change Conference, known as the 29th *Conference of the Parties (COP29) in Baku, Azerbaijan.
During the conference, Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Kenya, Sultan Hajiyev, and Cabinet Secretary for Public Service and Human Capital Development, Hon. Justin Muturi, met with the Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations in Azerbaijan, Mr. Ulvi Mehdiyev, and CEO of Huduma Kenya, Mr. Ben Kai Chilumo. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Luka Mwangi, Head of Customer Experience at Huduma Kenya, Anthony Kamwaro from the CSS Office, and a team from Azerbaijan Service and Assessment Network (ASAN).
The discussions focused on areas of collaboration between Huduma Kenya and ASAN. The acronym ASAN is derived from the Azerbaijani word "asan," meaning "easy," reflecting their commitment to providing easy and efficient services.
Both Huduma Kenya and ASAN share a common goal: to provide convenient access to public services in their respective countries. The meeting explored future partnerships, particularly on the use of technology to enhance public service delivery.
